Our salon
environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. We would appreciate if cell
phones are kept off or silent while in the salon.
Cancellations
A 24 hour
notice is required for all cancellation and rescheduling for your appointments. Otherwise you will be charged with 50%
of the intended treatment on your next visit.
Gift
Certificate policy
If a cancellation
is made in less than 24 hours in advance, or if you do not arrive for your
scheduled appointment, your gift certificate will no longer be valid.
Children
To ensure
that a serene and tranquil environment is maintained and to avoid any accidents,
all children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent
or a guardian.
Payment
We accept
Visa, Mastercard and Cash. We do not accept checks.
Gratuities
Our pricing
does not include tip amount. Gratuities are accepted by our staff but cannot be
placed on your credit card. Tip envelopes are provided at the front desk for
your convenience.
Point Reward Program
If you join our Point Rewards Program, 10% of what you spend
each visit is added to your service credit.
You can use the service credit any time after second visit.

belongings. It is recommended that you leave all valuables at home.
